You can find VirtualDub here. This is a
powerful free video editing program, but it can open only AVI files and does not
use the power of dual core and multiprocessor systems when filtering.
You can find Video Enhancer here.
This is a program which can open different types of video (AVI, MPG, WMV, MOV, RM,
etc..) and it works a lot faster than VirtualDub on hyperthreading, dual core
and multiprocessor machines.
